This 1/2-ton towable Toy Hauler has had the separate rear garage converted to a food truck. It has been licensed as a food truck in TX, CO, and NM. The food Truck is wired to run from 2–3600-Watt 120 Volt generators mounted up front to run the 3-gallon electric hot water heater, electric steam table, water pump, under counter fridge, under counter Freezer, 36 chest freezer, electric panini grill, and LED lighting. The walls and ceiling are covered in FRP (Fiberglass reinforced paneling). The flooring is rubber. The plumbing for the food truck is completely separate from the stock RV with a 20-gallon freshwater tank and a 25-gallon wastewater tank. The concession windows on both sides makes it easy to serve from either direction. There is plenty of storage in the rear while still allowing access from the rear fold down ramp door. The interior of the living area is very comfortable with an 8-inch memory foam mattress and 2-32 LED tv's. The living area can be powered and cooled from the onboard Onan 6500-Watt 120 Volt generator.
